Rainbow Sport Zürich’s badminton section provides guided training sessions including warm-ups, technique drills, and free play . Training is held Mondays and Thursdays from 7:00–9:00 pm at TBZ (Ausstellungsstrasse 70) in Zurich , and participants are expected to wear indoor court shoes and bring a racket (which can be borrowed) .
Brazilian Jiu Jitsu: Rainbow Sport Zurich
BJJ sessions at Rainbow Sport Zürich are taught in English and include a warm-up, 45–60 minutes of technique training, and open sparring (short rolling bouts) . Participants train barefoot (T-shirt and gym pants) and are recommended to bring basic gear such as a water bottle and towel (plus mouthguard/ear protection for safety) .
CrossFit: Rainbow Sport Zurich
Rainbow Sport Zürich offers CrossFit classes at TuricumFit in Zurich . These are guided full-body workouts suitable for all levels (beginners are welcome), allowing each person to adapt the training to their own pace . The sessions emphasize community, motivation, and the joy of movement .
Running: Rainbow Sport Zurich
Rainbow Sport Zürich’s running group, known as the Zürich Frontrunners, brings together joggers of all levels for weekly group runs and coaching sessions . The group meets to run at a shared pace and also holds regular technique coaching to improve endurance and speed .
