Pittsburgh Frontrunners is an active running club for Pittsburgh’s gay, lesbian, bisexual, and transgender community (friends, family, allies and even pets are encouraged to join). They run for health, race training, and to participate in gay-friendly social activities .

Pittsburgh LGBTQ+ Hockey (Pittsburgh Tigers) is the city’s first LGBTQ+ friendly hockey organization, founded in 2012. It aims to foster an inclusive environment for all players, dedicated to creating a welcoming space on and off the ice .

QREW Pittsburgh is an LGBTQ+ rowing (crew) team that competes in the Three Rivers Rowing Association’s Summer Rowing League. Active since 2015 with about two dozen members, it combines the camaraderie of team rowing with an inclusive community atmosphere .

Steel City Bowling League is Pittsburgh’s only USBC-sanctioned LGBTQIA+ bowling league. It strives to create a welcoming space for LGBTQ+ community members and their allies .
