25AIDS Committee of Ottawa
The AIDS Committee of Ottawa provides support, prevention, education, and outreach services from an anti-racism, anti-oppression social justice framework, promoting the holistic well-being of those living with, affected by, and at risk of HIV/AIDS in Ottawa.
Around the Rainbow
A program of Family Services Ottawa providing education, counseling, and support services to 2SLGBTQI+ families and individuals. Offers parent/caregiver peer support groups, youth groups, LGBTQ+ counselling, and training for inclusive workplaces.
Canadian Centre for Gender and Sexual Diversity
A national organization based in Ottawa that promotes diversity in gender identity, gender expression, and sexual orientation through education, health, and advocacy. Offers workshops for youth, trans resources, and teaching resources for community organizations across Canada.
Capital Pride
Ottawa's annual 2SLGBTQ+ pride festival organization established in 1986. Capital Pride creates opportunities to celebrate, advocate, educate, and connect people through a week-long festival featuring a parade, community events, panels, and arts programming.
Capital Rainbow Refuge

Choeur gai d'Ottawa Gay Men's Chorus
Canada's second-oldest gay men's chorus, founded in 1986. A non-auditioned TTBB community chorus whose mission is to perform quality choral music and contribute to the LGBTQ+ community in the National Capital Region.
Franco Queer
An organization for 2SLGBT+ francophones in Ontario and outside of Quebec. Franco Queer offers services for migrants and newcomers, social spaces, and community-building activities for French-speaking queer communities.
Gender Mosaic
North America's longest-running transgender community support group, based in Ottawa. Provides peer support and community for transgender individuals and their families.
Kind Space
A 2SLGBTQIA+ community centre in Ottawa offering resources, events, social and educational programming. Founded in 1984 (formerly Pink Triangle Services), Kind Space provides peer support groups, youth programs like Café Q and Queer Trans Youth, and a physical space for community gathering.
MAX Ottawa
A community-based health and wellness organization serving queer, trans, and non-binary people in the National Capital Region since 2002. MAX offers social and support programs, harm reduction services, sexual health education, and community events.

A community library and social space for trans and gender non-conforming people in Ottawa. Features a lending library of trans and gender-diverse books, a small Ottawa trans archives, and hosts regular events including book launches and board game nights.
Ours Ottawa Bears
A social group of bears and bear admirers in the Ottawa-Gatineau region. Organizes get-togethers and social events to promote positive body image among large and/or furry gay men and bear culture within the community.
PFLAG Ottawa

Public Service Pride Network

QTPOC Ottawa
A social networking forum for queer and trans people of colour building solidarity in the Ottawa-Gatineau area. Creates an inclusive community space for QTPOC++ to connect for social events, walks, and community gatherings.
Qu'ART
An arts collective of Ottawa-based arts professionals working to heighten LGBTQ2S+/queer artistic activity and broaden intersectional discourse through increased visibility and programming opportunities for under-represented queer-identified artists.
Queering613
A volunteer-run grassroots community project committed to connecting LGBTQ+ folks to Ottawa's queer and trans cultures, organizations, and issues. A community space for connecting, getting together, and amplifying Ottawa's LGBTQ+ happenings.
QueerTech
National nonprofit advancing 2SLGBTQIA+ inclusion, workforce development, economic empowerment, and innovation in Canada's tech sector. Offers career development, entrepreneurship support, mentorship, job fairs, and employer partnerships. Founded in Montreal in 2016, now active across Canada with 10,000+ members.
Rainbow Ottawa Student Experience (ROSE)
A 2SLGBTQIA+ youth activism non-profit dedicated to providing community and support to queer students and youth in Ottawa. ROSE works toward anti-oppression, accessibility, equity, and compassion for the community.
SAEFTY Ottawa
Ottawa's only independent youth group run entirely by and for trans and gender diverse youth, founded in 2017. SAEFTY provides drop-in programming, community events, advocacy for trans healthcare, and the MeFund grants to help youth access legal name changes.
Ten Oaks Project
A charitable organization based in Ottawa that helps children, youth, and families from 2SLGBTQ+ communities thrive. Founded in 2004, Ten Oaks offers affirming summer camp programs (Camp Ten Oaks, Camp Lifting Leaves), Families in Transition support groups, and community programming.
Tone Cluster
A vibrant and inclusive choral organization for 2SLGBTQIA+ people prominent in Ottawa's queer and arts communities. The flagship ensemble is a 50-member auditioned mixed-voice choir performing three concerts per year. Also runs Queer Cadence, a non-auditioned community choir.
YSB Spectrum
A Youth Services Bureau program for 2SLGBTQ+ youth in Ottawa. Spectrum meets weekly offering workshops, discussion groups, art collaborations, counselling services, peer mentoring, and primary care resources in a safe and inclusive environment.
