The Ottawa Wolves RFC is a rugby football club founded in 2008 with the mission to promote and encourage participation in rugby among those who have traditionally been under-represented in the game. The team is predominantly made up of LGBTQA+ members but is diverse and inclusive of everyone .

Rainbow Rockers Curling League has been Ottawa’s gay and lesbian friendly curling league for over 20 years. Beginning with 32 players, the league now has around 30 teams that play multiple days a week during their season .

The Ottawa Rideau Speedeaus is an inclusive masters swim club primarily for 2SLGBTQ+ (gay, lesbian, bisexual, trans, queer, Two-Spirit) swimmers but welcoming all. It helps members reach their swimming goals (recreation, fitness, or competition) with lanes organized by ability, from beginners to seasoned competitors, in a supportive environment .
