Startschuss Hamburg’s badminton division trains multiple times weekly at all skill levels. The team competes in the district league (Bezirksliga) and participates in national and international tournaments, and even hosts its own tournaments .

German Rainbow Golfers is a national gay golf community based in Germany (listed as D-Hamburg). It serves as a portal to find golf playing partners in the LGBTQ community and organizes an annual "Rainbow Open" golf tournament in Schwerin .
