Queer Boxing is a weekly queer/trans-only boxing class held at Queensbury Rules Boxing Studio in Halifax . It offers a full-body boxing workout (skipping, shadow boxing, heavy bag, pad work) in a safe, welcoming environment for LGBTQ+ people to train together .
