Training is held in cooperation with the Niederräder Sportschützenverein Oberst Schiel (Frankfurt-Niederrad). FVV describes shooting as a precision sport requiring harmonizing body and mind to hit targets, focusing on calm focus and endurance .

The FVV dancing group offers dance classes that emphasize coordination, rhythm and full-body fitness in an inclusive and relaxed atmosphere. Classes meet weekly (e.g. Mondays) for dancers at all skill levels; the program focuses on fun and movement with modern music, and participants need no partner or formal attire .
Gay Outdoor Club (GOC) Rhein-Main
Gay Outdoor Club (GOC) Rhein-Main is a Frankfurt-based gay hiking and outdoor group started in 1996 by members of FVV’s hiking section . The club organizes roughly monthly group hikes (about 15–25 km each) in the Taunus, Odenwald, Spessart and other scenic regions around Frankfurt, always via public transit. GOC welcomes everyone (gay, straight, lesbian, etc.) and emphasizes safety and camaraderie on its tours .

The Schwul-Lesbische Volleyball Liga (Gay & Lesbian Volleyball League) is an international league formed in 1992 as a joint project of LGBTIQ* clubs in Europe . It has grown from a Germany-only league to include teams from up to five countries (Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Czech Republic, Poland) . The league primarily features men’s teams but also has a women’s division and mixed-gender teams. It is open to all players of any sexual orientation, welcoming both LGBTQ and straight athletes who want competitive volleyball .

The Frankfurter Volleyball-Verein (FVV) is a large LGBT sports club founded in 1985, with volleyball as its founding sport. Its volleyball department remains one of FVV's largest divisions, offering both casual play and competitive league teams .
