Participants will explore the structure and philosophy of the Ashtanga yoga system, with opportunities to deepen their practice and understanding under Kino's guidance. The series includes multiple sessions: a Led Primary Series class and conference on Friday evening, Mysore classes on Saturday and Sunday mornings, a backbend workshop on Saturday afternoon, and a meditation and Yin session on Sunday afternoon. Space is limited, and registration is required.
