About this event
The Awesome Con Book Fair is a dedicated event for book lovers, focusing on speculative fiction, science fiction, fantasy, horror, young adult, and graphic novels. Attendees can meet their favorite authors, participate in signings, and explore a wide selection of books. The event features author panels, signings at the Loyalty Bookstore booth, and special programming in Room 206, including deep dives into storytelling, genre discussions, and meetups for sci-fi, romance, fantasy, and horror fans. The Book Fair also introduces Romancing DC, a division for romance and romantasy enthusiasts, and includes Author Lane in Artist Alley showcasing emerging authors. The event is part of the larger Awesome Con, held at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center in Washington, DC, from March 5 to March 15, 2026.
