Youth Art Class: Paint and Print

A youth art class for ages 11 and up, taking place from August 10 to August 14, 2026, at the AGGV Studio located at 1040 Moss Street. The class runs Monday to Friday, from 1 pm to 4 pm, and explores painting and printmaking techniques inspired by the exhibition 'From Brush to Block: Paintings and Prints by Imao Keinen and Kono Bairei.' Participants will engage in hands-on activities such as gelatin monoprints, blending acrylics with block prints, and experimenting with watercolors. The final day features a Summer Camp 2026 show in the Spencer Gallery, where students can display their work. The instructor is Natalie Shumka. The fee is $225.00, or $215.00 for members. Space is limited, and registration is available online.
