Yoga can be simple and accessible for all. Join Farah Nazarali for a gentle, all-levels yoga class. Class will include relaxation, simple movements, gentle stretching, and no complicated or acrobatic poses! This class will also include a short breath meditation to help focus the mind, relax the body through diaphragmatic breathing, and generate loving-kindness for ourselves and all others. Please bring your own yoga mat if possible. A limited supply of mats will be available for use as well. Snacks and drinks will be provided. Please register link in bio
