About this event
An 8-week online group session aimed at gay, bi, queer men and gender diverse individuals experiencing high anxiety related to sex and sexuality. Using Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) techniques, the program offers strategies and perspectives to help manage anxiety symptoms and improve sexual well-being.
