Queer Crafternoon @ VIRL Nanaimo

Join us for an all-ages crafting and social event at VIRL Nanaimo Harbourfront Library on Sunday, May 31, 2026, from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm. Queer Crafternoon is a free drop-in art space designed for queer, trans, and two-spirit individuals of all ages, along with their friends and family, to craft, create, and connect. Participants are encouraged to bring their own craft supplies and ideas; additional supplies will be available. Snacks and beverages will be provided. This inclusive event offers a safe environment to relax, make art, forge new friendships, and celebrate queer identities. It is presented by PFLAG Nanaimo and the Nanaimo Harbourfront Library.
