About this event
The Penny Pigs Adoption Event is organized by the Health Initiative for Men (HIM) and invites supporters to adopt a custom piggy bank for six months. Participants can choose from Leather Piggy, Queen Piggy, or Unicorn Piggy, give them a name and birth certificate, and take them home. The event aims to raise funds for HIM's programs by encouraging people to rally friends, family, and coworkers to contribute coins. At the end of the adoption period, supporters gather for a celebration to empty the banks and recognize the collective impact. Attendees can meet the Piggies, learn how to adopt, and contribute to a meaningful cause. The event is scheduled for December 21, 2025, from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Pumpjack Pub, located at 1167 Davie St, Vancouver, BC.
