About this event
WISHING WELL is returning to Buddies in Bad Times Theatre for a full-facility pride extravaganza celebrating hair in all its forms—long, short, curly, armpit, eyebrows, beards, wigs, and more. The event features hairy DJs, musicians, arts and crafts, performances, and immersive installations. Attendees are encouraged to dress in wigs, hair sculptures, or embrace their natural hair, with a dress code that celebrates all hair types and styles. Hosted by STARLIGHT and created by Liz Staples, Cate, Natalie, Zellers, and others, the event includes performances by JBSAX, STARLIGHT and friends, and Brawk Ward, along with activations and DJ sets. It is a queer witchy dance party ritual with pop-up performances, drag, magic, and wishes, designed as a space for f@gs, freaks, and friends to gather and celebrate queer culture.
