About this event
Inviting adults, parents/caregivers, and guardians of KAAS and YAAS participants. Meet with other families, ask questions, and discuss topics related to 2SLGBTQ+ youth. Discuss approaching issues affecting 2SLGBTQ+ youth. Topics that will be explored in this workshop include: How to have difficult conversations, How to advocate for your child/youth, How to unlearn homophobia, biphobia, and transphobia and be more supportive, How to expand your knowledge on gender identity, healthy relationships, etc.
