Join us at The 519 Art Corner for a welcoming art therapy open group and experience the power of creativity as a tool for self-expression, reflection, connection, and well-being. Through gentle, guided art invitations and a variety of creative materials, you'll have the opportunity to explore, create, and connect in a supportive environment. No art experience is necessary, all skill levels are welcome. Participation and sharing are always optional, and all art materials are provided. Light snacks and refreshments will also be available. Come as you are and drop in when you can.
