About this event
Teachings on sacred medicines and the Medicine Wheel, along with shared experiences of the Sacred Fire, smudging, and song, Indigenous Elders and Knowledge Keepers Kurt Wolfear, Waabshkaa Mkwa, and the Circle of Cedar Singers guided us in a meaningful circle of learning and reflection. A warm meal of Three Sisters soup, berries, and bannock was shared.
