5th Annual 2-Spirit Powwow

About this event

This is a 2-Spirit event. This is a safe and welcoming space for everyone. Discrimination of any sort will not be tolerated. Shuttle buses will be available from downtown Toronto and our Danforth office. The park has lots of shaded areas, a splash pad, and 3 large gazebos with picnic tables. We recommend bringing a refillable water bottle and lawn chairs if you have them. Please note that the powwow grounds are mainly on grass. There are pathways between the gazebos, but some areas may be difficult to access for those with mobility devices. Parking is very limited, so please plan ahead. Some vendors may not have electronic payment options available, so bringing cash is recommended. Rain or shine. No drugs or alcohol permitted. Out of respect for dancers, regalia, and the powwow grounds, we ask that pets be kept outside of the powwow area. Service animals are welcome.
