About this event
The Old Sword Club will be providing an introductory lesson to historical fencing with sabre and cutlass. Participants will learn the basic techniques of Victorian Era swordplay through sword games, and then have the opportunity to try fencing with them using safe practice weapons. Equipment will be provided, and attendees only need to wear comfortable clothes and have a desire for fun. The event is scheduled for June 15, 2026, from 19:00 to 20:30 at Universal Downstairs, 85-91 Oxford Street, Sydney.
