The Gin & Cheese Dinner is a five-course tasting experience hosted by The Fox Hole, celebrating cheese in all its forms. Taking place on March 6 and 7, 2026, at 117 Harrington Street, The Rocks, the event features each course paired with a thoughtfully selected gin to enhance its flavors. Guests will enjoy a guided journey through cheese varieties from fresh to indulgent, accompanied by stories of flavor, tradition, and craft. The event offers vegetarian and gluten-free options and includes a special last seats sale at a reduced price.
