Dance Therapy

About this event

Dance Therapy is a weekly beginner dance class held in Darlinghurst, Sydney, designed for LGBTQ+ adults and allies. The session uses music and movement to regulate the nervous system, lift mood, and foster community connection. No dance experience or performance pressure is required. Each class includes settling in, gentle warm-up, confidence-building movement, easy routines to iconic pop songs, and socializing. The classes are held upstairs at Universal Sydney, 85–91 Oxford St, Darlinghurst, every Thursday from 6:30 pm to 8:00 pm, costing $28 per session.
