Queer take-over: Boksamtal med Mian Lodalen

An evening with author Mian Lodalen at Rågsveds Folkets Hus. Mian will discuss her historical romance series about forbidden love and the lives of LGBTQ+ people in Sweden during the 20th century, with a special focus on the final part depicting gay men in the 1960s. The conversation will be led by Caro Wikbro Rannberg, project manager at Sexperterna at RFSL Stockholm, and will move between deep seriousness and humor. Based on real life destinies, the evening touches on love, resistance, and survival in a time when it was risky to live openly as a gay person. Free entry! Everyone is welcome. ABF will also raffle book packages to participants who want to start a study circle. Welcome to an evening about history, literature, and queer lives that have rarely been given space.
