Join the Saskatoon Winter Birdwatching Tour on March 25, 2026, starting at 09:30 AM at Saskatoon Forestry Farm Park & Zoo. Led by local birding expert Stan Shadick, this tour offers a walk through Saskatoon's bird-rich parks to observe winter visitors such as Bohemian Waxwings, crossbills, chickadees, Red-breasted Nuthatch, White-breasted Nuthatch, woodpeckers, and Goldeneye. The tour includes walking and driving segments, with magnified views of ducks and geese using a spotting scope. Suitable for both novice and experienced bird watchers, with loaner binoculars available upon request. Advance registration is required. The event lasts approximately 2 hours and costs CAD 65.
