The festival takes place at Burlington's Spencer Smith Park from September 4 to September 7, 2026. It features a variety of rib vendors, entertainment, family activities, and a Kid Zone with games, face painting, and rides. The event runs daily from 11:00 am to 11:00 pm, with Monday closing at 7:00 pm. Proceeds benefit charity, and the festival includes VIP ticket options and various sponsors.
