San Juan’s LGBTQ+ community is one of the most visible in the Caribbean, centered in Condado and Santurce. Pride celebrations, beach parties, and queer-owned venues make it a tropical hub of joy, resilience, and community pride.

Board Games at Cafe Tresbe is a weekly meetup in San Juan for board game enthusiasts. Players meet every Thursday evening from 6pm to 10pm at Café Tresbe, and all are welcome to join and play games together .

International Pride Softball (ISPS) launched Puerto Rico’s first men’s slow-pitch softball league, set to begin in January 2024 with eight teams, following the success of the Boricua Open championships . The league brought together local teams (e.g. Team Milwaukee) and managers to provide high-caliber slow-pitch softball competition on the island .
