A community-centered wellness event for LGBTQ+ families featuring yoga and sound bath sessions. Hosted by The Transgender District and Our Family Coalition, the event offers a grounding yoga experience led by Ki and an immersive sound bath led by Phoenix Song. Attendees will receive a complimentary high-end yoga mat and enjoy a space for relaxation, nervous system reset, and community connection. The event is free and open to LGBTQ+ families and individuals, taking place at Trellis, 981 Mission Street, San Francisco, on April 23, 2026, from 17:00 to 19:00.
