About this event
Join the GLBT Historical Society for an intimate archival exploration into lesbian economic networks that inspired the 'Directory of Dreams: Bay Area Lesbian Economies and Radical Care, 1970-1995.' The event offers a chance to engage with archival collections, meet staff, and learn about digital resources. Participants will examine issues of Women's Yellow Pages, discuss the politics of running a bookstore, explore performances by notable lesbian artists, and see how feminist organizing was visually represented. The event is free, limited to 12 participants, and especially encourages first-time visitors to the archive.
