8th Tokyo International Choir Competition

The 8th Tokyo International Choir Competition will be held from July 24th to July 26th, 2026, at Dai-ichi Seimei Hall in Tokyo. The event features various categories including Children's Choir, Senior Choir, School-based Choir, Youth Choir, Chamber Choir, and more. Participants will perform set pieces composed by leading Japanese composers or prize-winning works from the Japan International Choral Composition Competition. The competition includes preliminary sound recording screenings, with finalists performing on stage.
