Gaylesta (LGBTQ Psychotherapy Association)
The oldest and largest collection of LGBTQ mental health professionals, founded in 1987. Over 250 members offering a range of services, experiences, and specializations in LGBTQ mental health.
GLBT Historical Society
Collects, preserves, and exhibits LGBTQ historical materials. Operates the GLBT History Museum in the Castro District, the first full-scale standalone LGBTQ museum in the US. Founded in 1985.
GLBTQ+ Asian Pacific Alliance (GAPA)
Community organization by and for LGBTQ+ Asian and Pacific Islander people. Programs include the GAPA Men's Chorus, cultural events, and community advocacy. Founded in 1988.
