Queer Salsa Sunsets at the Park

About this event

Join us in the park for an evening of connection, music, and dance featuring a free beginner salsa workshop led by Michelle and Latin sounds by DJ Pat. The event aims to create community, build friendships, and grow the queer Latin dance scene in San Diego. Activities include a meet, greet & eat at 5:00 PM, a free dance lesson at 6:00 PM, and social dancing starting at 6:30 PM. Participants are encouraged to bring a dish to share, a blanket or portable chair, and reusable tableware. No dance experience or partner is required, and a suggested donation of $10 is welcomed.
