About this event
A community-centered workshop focused on Advanced Health Care Directives, including a guided presentation and walkthrough of California’s Advance Health Care Directive form. Support will be available to help participants begin completing their documents. The event is designed with LGBTQ+ individuals and families in mind, addressing unique considerations related to medical decision-making and end-of-life planning. The workshop will be led by Rebecca Secord, an estate planning attorney, and will feature a resource fair with trusted service providers.
