The centraloutreach testing van will be outside and everyone who gets tested will receive a FREE one of a kind, genuine penis painting (painted with a real penis) by renowned pickle diddler, Rob Boss. Also, art on the walls, featuring the finest pictures of dongs you’ve ever seen! Hosted by world famous knob polisher cindycrotchford !!! Doors open at 2PM! Testing is available 2PM to 8PM! Free event. No cover. Must be 21 and above to come in to the Blue Moon!
