Folx n Spokes PHL is an initiative of the Bicycle Coalition of Greater Philadelphia that aims to diversify and include underrepresented groups in local cycling, explicitly welcoming LGBTQIA people (among others) to participate. It works to break down barriers and build an inclusive cycling culture in the Philadelphia area .
