Diversity Soccer Association is an Osaka-based non-profit that uses soccer to promote social inclusion. The organization aims to realize a society where people of all backgrounds can be themselves through sports . Its activities address multiple issues of exclusion (homelessness, disability, prejudice on sexual orientation and gender identity) via tournaments and community events. Since 2015 it has organized the annual "Diversity Cup" to bring together players with diverse backgrounds , and it partners with groups like Pride Center Osaka to host inclusive futsal events (e.g. the "Diversity League") supporting LGBT people and other marginalized groups .
