Join the LI-SAGE Spring Health Series: Tai Chi for Seniors, presented by RSVP Suffolk. This program is a low-impact exercise series held twice a week over eight weeks, designed to enhance mental and physical wellness. Studies show Tai Chi can relieve pain, improve quality of life, increase mobility, strengthen muscles, and boost relaxation, balance, posture, and immunity.
