Join the LI-SAGE Spring Health Series: Tai Chi for Seniors, presented by RSVP Suffolk. This low-impact exercise program will be held twice a week for eight weeks at the LGBT Network Hauppauge Center. It aims to enhance mental and physical wellness, reduce pain and stiffness, increase mobility, improve muscular strength, and promote relaxation, balance, posture, and immunity. The session on March 24, 2026, runs from 11:00 to 12:00.
