About this event
The Pat Parker/Vito Russo Library, housed within The Center in Manhattan, is the only LGBTQ+ dedicated, free circulating library in New York. The opening event is scheduled for June 7, 2026, from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM, featuring access to the library's collection of literary, artistic, and intellectual works by, for, and about LGBTQ+ people. The event promotes research, exploration, and discovery within the community.
