About this event
HMI's Open Art Studio offers a variety of materials for free creative expression, including watercolor and acrylic paints, oil and chalk pastels, pencils, pen and ink, collage materials, fiber arts, printmaking supplies, sculpture materials (such as plaster, clay, and found objects), paper crafts, glitter, and more. Engaging in art can help reduce stress, increase self-awareness, foster skill development, improve communication, and boost self-esteem. The sessions are held Mondays from 16:00 to 18:00 in the art space. For those interested, there are additional sessions on Wednesdays from 18:00 to 19:30. Email Ltabrizi@hmi.org for more information.
