A virtual workshop hosted by PFLAG NYC in partnership with NyJah Sterling of the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention, focusing on suicide awareness and support strategies. The event aims to provide practical guidance, tools, resources, and self-care strategies for supporting individuals with lived experience of suicidal thoughts or attempts. The workshop is free, takes place on Zoom, and requires prior registration.
