Growing Up Golem Relaunch! Donna Minkowitz with Griffin Hansbury

Join us on April 9, 2026, from 19:00 to 20:30 for the relaunch of Donna Minkowitz's memoir 'Growing Up Golem'. The event features Minkowitz discussing her 2013 memoir, which explores her identity as a golem created and controlled by her mother, and her journey to become her own person. The event will be held in person at the Bureau of General Services—Queer Division, located at 208 W. 13th St., Room 210, NYC, and will also be live-streamed on YouTube. Copies of the book will be available for purchase, and attendees are encouraged to support the event through donations.
