Monday Swimming Practice

Weekly swimming practice sessions organized by the Isarhechte, Münchens queer swimming club. The sessions are held on Mondays at 20:30, with the schedule varying seasonally: from October to March at Flurstraße 10, Haidhausen, and from April to September at the same location. The practice includes technical exercises, interval training, relay races, and more, suitable for all skill levels. The club also hosts annual events like the Isarhechte Derby and participates in competitions.
