Lesben, Schwule und Trans* in der Arbeitswelt - Workshop

This workshop focuses on navigating one's identity in a heteronormative work environment. Participants will explore decision-making processes, develop concrete action strategies, and discuss how to express personal ideas at work. The workshop will also cover how to feel comfortable whether openly living or not, ways to manage coming out, handling bullying situations, and gathering participants' wishes and ideas.
