A Taste of France with Cooks of Crocus Hill

About this event

Join Cooks of Crocus Hill and QUEERSPACE collective for a free 3 day intensive cooking class! Participants will learn how to navigate the kitchen and build a strong foundation of knife skills, dough making, and pastry! Together, we'll go on a culinary tour of France and learn classic recipes such as Creme brûlée, French Onion Soup, Macarons, Pasta, and Gnocchi! No experience necessary, all tools and ingredients provided.
