About this event
The ChangeMakers 2023 QBIPOC Banned Book Drive is an event focused on collecting books about Queer, Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (QBIPOC) experiences, especially those that have been banned or are under threat due to educational censorship. Participants are encouraged to donate new or used books for Little Libraries across Miami-Dade. The event takes place on Saturday, July 1, 2026, with book drop-offs available from 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM. Location details will be provided to participants. A consent form is required for youth under 18 who wish to participate in building the Little Libraries.
