Club Deportivo Lobos México

Bulldogs is a gay and bisexual men’s soccer team in the Iztapalapa borough of Mexico City . The team plays both small-sided (fútbol rápido) and 7-a-side (fútbol 7) matches near the UAM Iztapalapa sports fields , providing an inclusive environment for LGBT+ players.

Club Deportivo Halcones de México is a longstanding LGBT-inclusive sports club in Mexico City. It fields an 11-a-side soccer team (playing on Sundays) and a 7-a-side team (playing on Saturdays) . With nearly 20 years of history, Halcones is known as a pioneer in LGBT sports inclusion and has competed in LGBT soccer circuits including the Sin City Classic .

Kraken Deportivo is an LGBT-inclusive sports club in Mexico City, founded on August 24, 2019 . It began as a soccer team and has since expanded to include other sports (swimming, basketball, athletics, cheerleading, and volleyball) . By mid-2025, Kraken Deportivo had grown to around 150 members training at various venues across CDMX .

Liga Mexicana de Fútbol Gay (Ligay MX) is an LGBT-oriented amateur soccer league based in Mexico City. It was pioneered by Edgar Cortés and began as a tournament in 2003 . It includes divisions for gay men (originally with teams like Zorros and Halcones) and a growing women’s division, and it has plans for a transgender division .

Ilumináte is an LGBT youth basketball team in Mexico City. The team, composed of LGBT+ players, won the local "Copa LGBT" championship in 2019 and 2022 . In June 2022 they partnered with the Capitanes (NBA G-League) to run a basketball clinic for teenagers, emphasizing skill development, respect and inclusion in sports .

Kraken Deportivo’s basketball team is another division of the club, created to provide an inclusive space for LGBT+ athletes to play basketball in Mexico City .

Kraken Deportivo’s swimming team is part of the same LGBT-friendly club in Mexico City. The club welcomes swimmers of all genders and orientations, reflecting its mission of inclusive sports participation .
