About this event
Join Wayne and Bryan for their regular fortnightly Sunday morning bike ride from Kooyong to Hampton, with optional extension to Mordialloc. The ride covers approximately 34 km from Kooyong to Hampton, with a longer route of 48 km if extending to Mordialloc. The event begins at Kooyong Tennis Stadium at 7:25 am, with meeting points along the route at Birrarung Marr Walk at 7:50 am and Port Melbourne Beach at 8:40 am. The ride is designed to improve riding fitness, with a steady pace and optional stops for coffee and rest. Participants can choose to ride back home, continue to Mordialloc, or catch the train from Hampton. The event is suitable for cyclists comfortable with riding on trails, quiet roads, and bike paths.
