Attendees can enjoy snacks, herbal tea, and fidgets, with a focus on nervous system safety and inclusive, soft facilitation. The event is capped at 14 participants to ensure a spacious and supportive experience.

It prioritizes nervous system safety, clarity, and softness, allowing attendees to arrive as they are, stay regulated, and connect through shared play rather than forced conversation. The event aims to foster community, playful presence, and accessible social interaction.
