About this event
An easy mid-winter walk from Pluto to the Sun visiting Neptune, Uranus, Saturn, Jupiter, Mars, Earth, Venus, and Mercury along the Melbourne Bay Trail from Port Melbourne to St Kilda. The event includes walking out on Princes Pier, Port Melbourne Lookout, St Kilda Pier, and Breakwater, with options for refreshments at the St Kilda Pier Kiosk or Acland Street. The walk covers approximately 8 km, starting at 10:30 AM on July 12, 2026, meeting at Port Melbourne Tram Terminus. Participants are advised to wear comfortable footwear and dress for winter weather, with a focus on space-themed fun and exploration.
