The 'It's a Piece of Cake 10K' race is scheduled for Saturday, May 2, 2026, starting at 10:30 am at Boggart Hole Clough in North Manchester. Participants are advised to arrive between 9:00 and 10:15 am for pre-registration and race number collection. The race features a chip-timed, 10 km course through the scenic park, with a challenging short hill called Angel Hill. After the race, there will be a charity cake sale supporting George House Trust, offering homemade baked goods. Entry fees are £17.70 for UKA-affiliated runners and £19.70 for unaffiliated, with an optional T-shirt available for an additional £6.50. The event is organized by Manchester Frontrunners and includes prizes for top finishers and cake categories. Facilities include toilets, water stations, a bag drop, parking, and first aid. Participants can enter via the provided booking link from January 1, 2026.
